• Courtney

  Courtney is the On Site Owner at The Goddard School located in Millersville, Maryland! She started as a Director when the school opened in 2014. Courtney earned a bachelor's degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University, holds a Level 6 Maryland Credential, and is First Aid and CPR Certified. She has over 11 years of experience working as a director and 9 years of experience working with young children. Ms. Courtney has created a unique team of teachers called The Curriculum Committee who collaborate with one another to make informed decisions on best practices, curricula, special events, and the overall performance of the school.

• Dipti

  Dipti is the owner of The Goddard School located in Millersville. She opened her first location in Hanover, MD and loves Goddard's philosophy in education and their emphasis on safety and security. Dipti earned a bachelor's of science degree from the University of Maryland. She is also the proud parent of two Goddard alum, one who is now in college! Dipti and the administration team work side-by-side to create the best Goddard experience for the children, families, teachers, and community. Our collaborative work environment and pursuit of continuous quality improvements has earned us the Educational Excellence Award two years in a row!

• Joshua

  Mr. Josh, the Director, joined our Goddard School Family in July of 2017. Josh studied Psychology at University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Josh holds a Level 3 Maryland Credential, is state qualified in Infant/Toddler, Preschool and School-Age care. He is certified in Medication Administration, along with First Aid and CPR. During his Goddard experience Josh spent 2 years teaching pre-k, adding to the 5+ years of pre-k teaching experience he brought with him. A true believer in team work, Josh strives to maintain our great collaboration and unity with the teachers. Josh is an active member of our Curriculum Committee.

• Melinda

  Mrs. Melinda joined our Goddard Family in August of 2019. Melinda holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology, from The University of Colorado. She is state qualified for Preschool care and is First Aid and CPR Certified. Melinda holds a level 4+ Maryland Credential and is an active member of our Curriculum Committee! She earned Teacher of the Year in 2020 and Honorable Mention in 2022!

• Adriannah

  Ms. Adriannah joined our Goddard Team in summer of 2022! She is currently enrolled at AACC in pursuit of a degree in Art Education. Ms. Adriannah has quickly connected with the three-year-olds and has found her happy home in the Giraffes.

• Mrs Alexa

  Ms. Alexa joined our Goddard family in Spring 2022! She has her 90-hour preschool certification and CPR and First Aid Certified! Ms. Alexa has over 3 years of experience working with children as a gymnastics coach! Ms. Alexa is an active member of our school's Curriculum Committee!

• Carissa

  Ms. Carissa, a preschool teacher & closing manager, has been a part of our Goddard Family since January of 2016. Carissa earned a Child Development Associate's, holds a Level 4 Maryland Credential, is state qualified in Preschool care, and is First Aid and CPR Certified. Ms. Carissa is in active pursuit of an associate's degree in early childhood education! From 3:00PM-6:00PM Ms. Carissa can be found in the front office, assisting the director team manage the school. Carissa is an active member of our Curriculum Committee.

• Casey

  Ms. Casey joined our Goddard Team in 2021! She has earned two Associate's Degrees, one in General Studies and one in Elementary Education. Ms. Casey is currently pursuing her Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from Bowie State University. She is state qualified and First Aid & CPR certified. Ms. Casey loves mac-n-cheese, sunflowers, and off-roading in her Jeep!

• Elizabeth

  Ms. Liz joined our team in 2019! She is currently in pursuit of her Bachelor's Degree from Towson University in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Liz is state qualified and First Aid and CPR Certified! Ms. Liz was our Teacher of Year in 2021 for her dedication to the children, classroom, and families! She is kind, energetic, fun, engaging, and nurturing! Ms. Liz is an active member of our Curriculum Committee!

• Jennifer

  Ms. Jen, a two-year-old teacher, joined our Goddard Family in August of 2014. She earned a bachelor's degree from Frostburg State University. Jen holds a Level 5 Maryland Credential, is state qualified in Preschool care, and First Aid and CPR Certification. In total, Jen has 10 years of experience working with Goddard School's. Around our school, Jen is known by all as she builds long-lasting relationships with the children in her care. Ms. Jen earned Teacher of the Year in 2021! Jen is an active member of our Curriculum Committee!

• Kathleen

  Miss Kat joined our Goddard team in 2022, and spent a year teaching PreK, before moving to the Pandas classroom! Kat earned an Associates Degree in Elementary Education from Anne Arundel Community College, and is currently pursing her Bachelor's Degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Kat is state qualified for infant/toddler and preschool care, and is First Aid & CPR certified.

• Kristi

  Ms. Kristi, a two year old teacher, joined the Goddard School Family in July of 2014. She has earned a Level 3 Maryland Credential, is state qualified in Infant/Toddler and School-Age care, and is First Aid and CPR Certified. As one of our senior employees, Ms. Kristi thrives at working with our newest teachers to help them become knowledgeable in the health and safety procedures and infant/toddler care.

• Logan

  Ms. Logan joined our Goddard Team in February 2021! She is actively pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Logan is State Qualified and First Aid and CPR Certified! Fun fact about Ms. Logan, she has an impressive Squishmallows collection and teaches dance! Logan is an active member of our Curriculum Committee!

• Maria

  Ms. Maria has been a teacher with our school since 2015! She earned an associates degree in Early Childhood Education from AACC and is First Aid and CPR Certified. She is the proud parent of 3; her oldest was a teacher with us before pursing a position in her career field and her son currently works with us part-time! In the classroom, Maria enjoys arts and crafts and sensory and science! Maria is an active member of our Curriculum Committee!

• Maya

  Ms. Maya joined our Goddard team in 2021, and has worked in the Cubs class ever since! Originally from Brazil, Maya worked as an Au Pair before joining our team. Maya is state certified in infant/toddler care, and is actively pursuing her CDA! Maya and her husband, Matt, live in Glen Burnie with their dog, Daisy.

• Rebecca

  Ms. Rebecca joined our school in 2023 and is the Lead teacher in the Alligators classroom. Rebecca earned her Child Development Associate in Preschool care, is state qualified for Infant/Toddler, Preschool, and School-Age care and is First Aid & CPR certified. We are excited to have Rebecca as a member of our team!

• Sharon

  Ms. Sharon joined our Goddard family in 2022 and has been a member of the Zebras crew ever since! Sharon comes to us with over 30 years of experience, and as a military wife had the opportunity to teacher preschool all over the country. She is state qualified for Preschool care and is First Aid and CPR Certified.

• Sydney

  Ms. Sydney, a two-year-old teacher, became a part of our Goddard Family in June of 2019. She attended Anne Arundel Community College, where she graduated with an associate's degree in early childhood education. Sydney currently attends University of Maryland, where she is pursuing a Bachelors degree in Psychology She is state qualified for Preschool care and is First Aid and CPR Certified. Sydney is an active member of our Curriculum Committee! Ms. Sydney earned our Teacher of the Year Award for her excellence in and out of the classroom! Congratulations, Ms. Sydney! This is an award well earned!

• Tonia

  Ms. Tonia, our toddler teacher, has been a member of our Goddard team since August of 2014. She earned an Infant/Toddler Child Development Associates and is currently pursuing a Child Development Associates in Preschool. Tonia holds a Level 3 Maryland Credential, is State qualified in Preschool and Infant/Toddler Care, and is First Aid and CPR Certified. Tonia owned and operated a licensed in-home family care center for over 10 years and had 2 years of Goddard experience when she began working with us. Tonia is an active member of our Curriculum Committee!

• Wendy

  Ms. Wendy became a member of our Goddard Family in March of 2016. A current student at Towson University, Wendy is in pursuit of her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Wendy holds a Level 2 Maryland Credential, has an associate's degree from Howard Community College, is state qualified in Preschool and School-Age Care and is First Aid and CPR Certified. She is an active member of our Curriculum Committee. Ms. Wendy was awarded Teacher of the Year 2022 for her outstanding performance in the classroom. She is driven by the success of every student in her classroom!

• Allyson

  Miss Allyson joined our Goddard team in 2022, and started as Resource Teacher before transitioning to a Pandas teacher! Allyson is state qualified in preschool care, certified in First Aid & CPR and is currently enrolled at Anne Arundel Community College, where she is studying Psychology. Miss Allyson is the youngest of 7 siblings and loves to read Colleen Hoover books in her down time.

• Ms AraMae

  Ms. Ara Mae joined our Goddard team in early 2022! She earned a Bachelors Degree in Nursing and Psychology! We applaud Ara Mae for her inclusive and creative teaching style. Ms. Ara Mae is an avid hiker and climber! She recently got engaged at the top of a climb (her dog was there, too!)

• Ashala

  Miss Ashala joined our Goddard team in 2023! Ashala is currently enrolled at Howard Community College, where she is working towards her 90-clock hour Infant/Toddler certification. Miss Ashala loves to keep busy in the classroom and can be found exploring centers with students, or dancing at the circle time carpet.

• Cheyenne

  Miss Cheyenne joined our Goddard team in 2021, and has primarily worked with the infant classrooms. Cheyenne is First Aid & CPR certified, and is pursuing her 90 clock hour certification! Miss Cheyenne is a Baltimore Ravens fan, and resides in Pasadena with her family.

• Crystal

  Miss Crystal joined our Goddard team in 2022, as the assistant teacher in the Cheetahs classroom. Crystal is First Aid & CPR certified and is currently attending Anne Arundel Community College. She enjoys going to thrift stores and attending concerts.

• Lilly

  Miss Lilly joined our Goddard team in 2023 and trained as Resource Teacher before joining the Bears classroom! Lilly is currently enrolled in a program to earn a Child Development Associate in Infant/Toddler care, and is currently First Aid & CPR certified. Lilly comes from a big family, with four younger brothers, and currently resides in Odenton with her family.

• Ms Shea

  Ms. Shea joined our Goddard team in 2023 and has been a member of the Manatees classroom ever since! Shea earned a Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University, and recently graduated with her Master Degree from The University of Florida. She is First Aid & CPR certified. She is a Florida native who made her way to Maryland thanks to her husband, Hunter, who is in the Airforce!

• Caitie

  Ms. Caitie joined our Goddard team in April 2023 as a Pre-K teacher, with 8 years of previous experience, 4 of those years with another Goddard as a Preschool/Pre-k teacher then the Assistant Director. I was born and raised in Northeast PA, along with 4 brothers & sisters! I relocated to Baltimore when I was 20, and now live locally with my husband, Ray and our pup, Boomer! I’m so excited to continue my teaching journey and experiencing my favorite thing in the classroom – those “ah-ha” moments from every child!

• Christina

  Ms. Chis joined our Goddard Team in September 2017! She earned is State Qualified in Infant/Toddler and School-Age care. Ms. Chris is First Aid and CPR certified. Ms. Chris is always looking for fun ways to keep the kiddos busy and loves arts and crafts!

• Kimberly

  Ms. Kim joined our Goddard Team in the summer of 2022. She has a bachelor's degree in Spanish Language, Hispanic Literature, and Culture from the College at Old Westbury State University of New York. Ms. Kim is First Aid and CPR Certified!

• Rosemary

  Ms. Rosemary joined our Goddard Team in October 2021. She is our kitchen manager who preps school snacks and warms lunches! Ms. Rosemary will also assist in the classrooms, as needed!

• Stacy

  Ms. Stacy joined our Goddard Team in September 2021. She is our Kitchen Manager who preps school snacks and warms lunches! Stacy previously worked as a toddler teacher in our Bears classroom, before making the switch to Kitchen Manager. Ms. Stacy will also assist in the classrooms, as needed!
